Basic-level consteel training

Master the basic functions of Consteel and become confident in modeling and design. Development Engineer

As a structural engineer, he developed a strong passion for parametric design methods and had the opportunity to work on several intriguing projects. Throughout this time, he encountered the common challenge of evaluating wind loads on complex, non-standard buildings. This experience sparked his interest in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and its application in structural engineering, which led to a shift toward research and later became the focus of his PhD studies. 
 
He now works as a developer on Pangolin and FALCON, where he combines engineering insight with advanced computational tools to push the boundaries of structural design.

Technical Support Engineer 

She is committed to finding efficient solutions that improve team workflows and support users in working more effectively. With a focus on clarity and usefulness, she develops informative resources and actively contributes to testing and documenting new software features to benefit the wider community.

This training guides you through the full engineering process in Consteel. The training will cover: 

– Basic modeling functions and load handling 
– Seven-degree-of-freedom finite element-based analysis and design options 
– General Method: General stability analysis and real spatial behavior 
– Design for earthquake and fire loads 
– Design of connections and foundation design 
– Creating documentation with the Consteel documentation module 

This training is designed for structural engineers in all professional levels. No prior experience with Consteel is required. 

You will need a computer with Windows operating system to complete the training. Participants also must have: 

– An active Consteel license with Consteel 19 installed. If you don’t have an active license yet, you can participate in our training with a 30-day Trial version for free.  

– Date: 28 April, 2026
– Duration: 1 day (6 hours) (9:00-16:00 CET)
– Location: Online via Microsoft Teams
– Language: English

To join the training, you’ll need to:

– Register and complete payment before the application deadline (21 April, 2026).
– Ensure you have the required software installed (Consteel 19).
– Have a stable internet connection and Microsoft Teams for online access.

If you don’t have an active Consteel license, you can request a 30-day Trial version for free from our website. 

–The video of the training will be available for 1 month from the date of the training. 
– Participants will have access to example models from the training. 
– Participants will also receive the handout material of the training.
– Opportunity to ask questions about the training via the Help Center for 30 days after the training

Our training sessions are held live, but all registered and paid participants will receive the full recordings and training materials afterwards. You will also have the opportunity to send your questions to our engineering team, who will be happy to assist you.

Yes, we offer several discounts: 

– Do you have Pro Membership? In this case you will receive a 20% discount on the price of the training.  
– For our Premium Membership users, we offer 40% discount on trainings.

The discounted price tied to the membership is valid for as many participants as the company has memberships. For example, if the company has one Premium membership, one participant can register at the discounted price, while additional participants need to pay the full price.

Companies with the valid EU VAT number, no VAT is charged. 
– For companies in the European Union (without the valid EU VAT number), 27% VAT is charged. 
– For individuals within the European Union, VAT is charged at the applicable rate of the customer’s country of residence.
