WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

This course is tailored for anyone interested in exploring parametric design through practical tools and examples, especially if they want to automate aspects of their work. It’s suitable for:

Those who have heard of parametric design and Grasshopper but have little experience, though they are familiar with Consteel as a structural software.
Those who know Grasshopper but are not familiar with Consteel.
Those who are unfamiliar with both tools.


PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE

  • Consteel 19 installed. Not a user yet? Join with a 30-day Trial + 60-day free extension.
  • Rhino 8 installed. Includes Grasshopper. A 90-day trial is available.
  • Pangolin 3.3 installed. Pangolin is a free Grasshopper Add-On. Download here and see the official FAQ for installation help.

This course is tailored for anyone interested in exploring parametric design through practical tools and examples, especially if they want to automate aspects of their work. It’s suitable for:
– Those who have heard of parametric design and Grasshopper but have little experience, though they are familiar with Consteel as a structural software.
– Those who know Grasshopper but are not familiar with Consteel.
– Those who are unfamiliar with both tools.

You will need a computer with Windows operating system to complete the training. Participants also must have:

– Rhino 3D installed (Rhino 8, which includes Grasshopper). Rhino offers a 90-day trial period available.

– An active Consteel license with Consteel 19 installed. If you don’t have an active license yet, you can participate in our training with a 30-day Trial version with a special 60-day extension for free.

– Pangolin plugin (Pangolin 3.3). Pangolin is an Add-On for Grasshopper, you can download it for free from here. For instructions on installing Grasshopper Add-Ons, head over to the official FAQ page.

– Date: 27 May, 2026

To join the training, you’ll need to:

– Register and complete payment before the application deadline (18 May, 2026).
– Ensure you have the required software installed (Rhino 8, Consteel 19, and Pangolin 3.3).
– Have a stable internet connection and Microsoft Teams for online access.

We provide a special 60-day extension free of charge for those participants who request a 30-day Trial version from our website.

The extra 60-day Consteel trial period will begin as soon as you request the trial version from our website.

– The video of the training will be available for 1 month from the date of the training.
– Participants will have access to example models from the training.
– Opportunity to ask questions about the training via the Help Center for 30 days after the training

Our training sessions are held live, but all registered and paid participants will receive the full recordings and training materials afterwards. You will also have the opportunity to send your questions to our engineering team, who will be happy to assist you.

Yes, we offer several discounts:

– Do you have Pro Membership? In this case you will receive a 20% discount on the price of the training. 

– For our Premium Membership users, we offer 40% discount on courses.

The discounted price tied to the membership is valid for as many participants as the company has memberships. For example, if the company has one Premium membership, one participant can register at the discounted price, while additional participants need to pay the full price.

Companies with the valid EU VAT number, no VAT is charged.
– For companies in the European Union (without the valid EU VAT number), 27% VAT is charged.
– For individuals within the European Union, VAT is charged at the applicable rate of the customer’s country of residence.
