Access expires FAQ

Consteel will warn you before any of your access in your plan expires. But what does it mean to you?

I’m a student, researcher, or lecturer, what should I do?

After your Educational plan expired you will have to request a new plan in your Account/Subscription menu and provide present valid documents proving a college or university legal relation. You can use Consteel again after your request is validated.

Validation may take 1-3 days so be sure to save your work before the expiration date!

I have a Trial Plan, what should I do?

Our sales team will contact you before the expiration date and offer a subscription plan that suits your needs the most based on your Consteel experience. If you already have a request in your mind, please feel free to contact us and request an offer.

I have a Trial Premium Plan, what should I do?

During your 30 days Trial Premium Plan you can decide if you would want to change the services provided by your current plan. If you would like to change or cancel your plan, please contact our sales team before the expiration date: info@consteelsoftware.com. If you wouldn’t like to change your subscription then it will automatically be activated according to your subscription’s pricing model (Personal or Team Plan).

I have expiring maintenance, what should I do?

Consteel software access will migrate to a new subscription model in 2022 and maintenance services will be available in the form of memberships. Our sales team will contact you before the expiration date meanwhile you can read about our new subscription system here.

I have a Personal or Team Plan, what should I do?

You will be notified 30 days before your plan is set to renew. At that time, you can change the number of access and seats on your plan for the next year; otherwise, it will renew for the same number of access and seats again. If you wouldn’t like to change your subscription then it will automatically be renewed according to your subscription’s pricing model. If you would like to change or cancel your plan, please contact our sales team before the expiration date: info@consteelsoftware.com.

If you have shared access, please make sure to contact your admin to take any steps in this matter if it’s necessary. Otherwise, you don’t have to do anything and you can use Consteel as usual as it will be automatically renewed.

If you aren’t sure which plan you have, you can check it in your Account/Subscription menu. If you don’t have access to seat management then you have shared software access.
